Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BareStrength mobile application (“the App”), developed and operated by NC Labs GmbH, Maneggstrasse 83, 8041 Zürich, Switzerland (CHE-329.309.342) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Terms

Plans

BareStrength Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Both plans include a 7-day free trial.

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The subscription automatically renews after the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App Store. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period following the date of the price change.

Progress Retention

Your workout progress and Strength Level are saved locally on your device even if your subscription lapses. You will not lose your data.

2. Acceptable Use

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. Health Disclaimer

BareStrength provides exercise guidance for informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries.

You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NC Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by NC Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
